He has been working with PragmatIQ since 2010, previously gained his professional experience in an international consulting company. Wojciech is responsible for preparing and implementing legal and tax strategies, tax and financial services for M&A projects, and ongoing tax advisory services for our Clients.

He ensures that corporate reorganization processes do not cause negative tax consequences. He has repeatedly advised on the development of effective transaction models for, among others, shares, enterprises, and real estate holding structures. He has experience in representing clients in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts.

He provides training in tax law. Author of numerous articles on tax issues published in Prawo.pl, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Rzeczpospolita, and Puls Biznesu, speaker at many conferences and seminars. He serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a joint-stock company in the steel construction sector and sits on the boards of two foundations.

Wojciech is a laureate of the 10th edition of the "Rising Stars Lawyers - Leaders of Tomorrow 2021" competition, a nationwide contest for lawyers under 35 years of age who stand out among others in terms of substantive knowledge, work for the rule of law and society, as well as creativity and use of new technologies in their professional work.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is also a graduate of the University of Economics - Faculty of Economics, major: Accounting and Treasury.

In 2022, Wojciech was recommended in the Legal 500 EMEA ranking, he also received the title of Highly regarded practitioner in the international ITR World Tax ranking.
